FAQ
- What do I get free?
- Three worksheets a day, each with a PDF and an answer key. The PDF has a small Sheetsprout footer.
- What does Pro add?
- No daily limit, no footer, editing of every question and answer before you print, easy, medium and hard versions of one sheet, and a history of your worksheets kept in your browser.
- How do I cancel?
- Pro is a Stripe subscription. Use the link in your Stripe receipt email to manage or cancel it.
- I paid but it still says free.
- Open the confirmation page Stripe sent you to once, from the same browser. It checks the payment and turns Pro on. If you cleared cookies, open it again.
- Are the answers right?
- Numeric answers are recalculated by code. Everything else is written by an AI, so read a sheet before you hand it out.
- Where are my worksheets stored?
- Pro history lives in your browser's local storage. We do not keep copies of your worksheets.
- Can I refund?
- Stripe handles billing. Cancel any time and Pro simply stops at the end of the period.
